Henry inherited some money, I was keen to invest it in a very special piece of jewellery that could be worn every day (hence the baguette style). It was very upsetting when I discovered I had been wrongly told my ring size (in a high street jeweller) especially after you had gone to the lengths of resizing the ring especially. It was very kind of you to go to the lengths you took to enable me to find my correct ring size and still purchase a ring from you.
It is a great shame that not all jewellers are as committed as you.
